Exhibits

The Weller Center features a unique interactive museum for elementary students.
After their program and with the assistance of chaperones, all students participate in
structured, hands-on educational activities at each exhibit.

There is a required chaperone to student ratio of 1:8.

World of the Brain
Take an exciting trip in one ear and out the other in the World of the Brain! The only exhibit of its kind in the WORLD, this 672-square-foot walk-through brain teaches kids about the many functions of the amazing human brain. An interactive extravaganza of video, light and sound, the Brain is a must see for kids and teachers alike.

Wegmans Market
Shop the aisles of our kid-sized Wegmans grocery store and learn to make healthy food choices. Complete with computerized scanners and check-out stations, this market is filled with simulated breads, vegetables and other foods that look good enough to eat! In filling their miniature shopping carts, kids learn how to choose foods for a balanced meal.

Stuffee
Sponsored by:

Stuffee, the Weller Center’s blue-haired mascot, offers kids a friendly look inside the human body. Nine-feet-tall with blue hair, Stuffee is an overstuffed character that unzips to reveal colorful pillow-like reproductions of our internal organs. Both fun and educational, Stuffee helps teach kids that although we all look different on the outside, it’s what’s on the inside that counts.

Germ Blaster
Sponsored by:

Why should we cover our mouths and noses when we sneeze? You’ll find out when you experience the Germ Blaster, our larger-than-life sneezing nose!

Wheels of Energy
Peddling the Wheels of Energy, kids learn just how much energy it takes to an M&M and other popular foods. It's a race to the finish!

Balance Maze
Take the balance-maze challenge and learn how the inner ear controls balance!
